Bus Transportation

• $1,800 - 356 passes (round trip) - to be billed over 10 months
• $1,200 - 178 passes - to be billed over 10 months
• $660 - 75 passes - to be billed over 2 months

• Bus passes are non-refundable, non-transferrable and do not roll over to the following school year. 

It is our expectation that students will follow the student code of conduct outlined in the student handbook. This includes showing respect while on the bus to both the bus driver and fellow students.  We will email and call parents if there are any concerns. The first offense will be a verbal warning, the second offense will be a written warning and the third offense will result in bus riding privileges being revoked. 

The SchoolPass App will be available for all transportation changes. Please do not email teachers as they will not have access to make changes in SchoolPass. Please note: If your child checks in late or is tardy, teachers will mark students as absent in SchoolPass which will override any previous changes you have made. Please double check dismissal options when you check your child in late. 

It is very important that dismissal options are updated by 2:30 pm each day. Please be mindful if you are making a change to "arrival" or "dismissal". Lower school families, if you have a family emergency and need to make a last minute change after 2:30 pm, please call the Lower School.  Please communicate transportation changes with Upper School students directly. If you cannot reach your Upper School student, please call the Upper School office. 

Lower School Students
Your student's teacher will dismiss your child to the Lower School gym if the SchoolPass dismissal option is bus. They will meet their bus driver in the gym where they will walk as a group to the buses. If your dismissal option is carpool, they will stay in the classroom until their carpool number is called. If your child is enrolled in an after school club or sport, the director will add the activity to SchoolPass which will default them to the activity for the designated days/times. It is extremely important to have the dismissal option accurate each day. 

Upper School Students
Please go to the Lower School gym using the crosswalk. There will be Hebron Staff stationed there to guide you. You will proceed to the Lower School gym to meet your bus driver and will walk to the buses as a group.  Bus drivers will review the SchoolPass app to see if your student is defaulted as a bus rider and board them accordingly. All bus riders will be defaulted to the route chosen at registration. If your Upper School student stays after for a sport or activity, please move them to “carpool” via the SchoolPass app so the bus driver has an accurate roster for the day. 

• Bus routes may be modified based on the number of students participating at each stop.   
• Bus passes are non-refundable, non-transferrable and do not roll over to the following school year. Bus passes are available for K-12 only. 
• Buses will wait approximately 3 minutes at each bus stop for drop off and pick up. Please be sure to be at your child’s stop on time each morning and afternoon in consideration of other Hebron families who are waiting on their children as well.  
• Bus riders will not be allowed to let students ride home with them that are not registered for the bus.
