DACULA, Ga.- The Hebron boys basketball team remains undefeated after a 75-72 victory over 7A powerhouse, Lambert on Tuesday night.
The No. 5 ranked boys improve to 9-0 on the season. Senior Blake Wilson had a triple-double as he recorded 30 points and 21 rebounds. MaTaj Glover had a big night after he had 21 points and eight assists along with Jelani Smith-Mason, who tallied 10 points and three assists.
The Lions maintained the lead throughout the game and was able to secure the victory after a defensive stop. Devon McField would get fouled with less than thirty seconds left and make both free-throws to put the Lions up by three points.
Up Next: The boys will host Union Grove on Saturday, Dec. 16 to continue their nine-game home stretch. Tip-off is set for 2:30 p.m. at Lions Arena.
