International Students
To better accommodate our international students, Hebron Christian Academy partners with the agency TBI-New Oasis to coordinate international student admissions. Students from any country are welcome to contact and apply through TBI-New Oasis.
International Application requirements
International applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for admission:
Grade-Level Eligibility:
Applicants must be entering the 8th grade or higher at the time of enrollment.
English Language Proficiency:
All international students are required to demonstrate proficiency in English to ensure academic success. Applicants must take and submit official TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) scores as part of their application. TOEFL scores must be sent directly from the testing agency and must be from a test taken within the last two years.
Full-Year Enrollment Requirement:
Hebron does not accept temporary or short-term international students. All international students must begin their studies in August and must commit to remaining enrolled for the full academic year.
To begin the application process, please contact Melissa Neil:
TBI-New Oasis Admissions Team at: mneil@tbiedu.com
TBI-New Oasis will provide you with the subsequent admissions steps and will help you complete your student application and guide you to submit supplemental admission information, such as:
- Academic Transcripts translated into English
- English Language Test Scores (TOEFL, TOEFL Jr, SSAT)
- Student Applicant Picture
- Teacher Recommendations
- Copy of Passport
Once this information is received, the agency will schedule a Zoom interview with their admissions professionals. TBI-New Oasis will then forward the application materials to HCA’s admissions office, which will review the completed application and conduct an interview to determine which students will be accepted for admission to Hebron Christian Academy and an I-20 will be issued.
