APPLY FOR K4 BY DEC. 31 AND RECEIVE A $1,000 DISCOUNT!
All completed K4 applications submitted by December 31, 2025, will receive $1,000 off tuition for the 2026–2027 school year.
Our K4 program continues to be a popular starting point for families, and we anticipate high interest again this year. We encourage you to take advantage of the early application window and the tuition discount.
Please note: this offer and application window apply only to K4 applicants. For students in grades K-12 or LLA, applications will open January 26, 2026 for the next school year. Feel free to contact the admissions office with any questions.
2026-27 admissions timeline
- November 1 - K4 application opens for the 2026-27 school year (Apply now)
- January 25 - All-School Open House - 3-5 pm (Register Now!)
- January 26 - Application Opens for the 2026-27 school year
- February 12 - Early Decision Admissions Application and Admissions Documents Due
- February - Interview/Testing begins
- March 2 - Completed Financial Aid Application and Documents Due
- March 16 - Early Decision Day
- March 23 - Early Decision Contracts Returned
*HCA will continue to accept applications until the grade is full at which time all other applicants will go into a waiting pool.

Aligning with our Mission
At HCA, we seek to enroll families who are fully aligned with our mission, vision, and values. We believe in fostering a strong partnership between the school, home, and church. As part of our commitment to this partnership, applicants must be active members of a Bible-believing church to enroll their child at Hebron. To support this requirement, a church or pastor's letter of recommendation is a mandatory component of the application process.
