STEP 1: Complete the HCA application form in the HCA Hub, which includes a non-refundable $150 application fee. One application per child.

STEP 2: If applicable, request records from current school using the records request form available in HCA Hub. 

STEP 3: Request a pastor recommendation electronically through the HCA Hub. HCA is a covenant school and requires one or both parents to be actively involved in a church. If applicable, request teacher references electronically through HCA Hub. HCA requires references from a current academic teacher if the child is attending preschool.

STEP 4: Once your documents have been uploaded, you will be notified to schedule an interview.

Completed applications will be reviewed by admissions and the Lower School administration.
