Welcome To Hebron Christian Academy

Welcome on behalf of Hebron Christian Academy! We are delighted that you are interested in learning more about our elementary, middle, and high schools. Christian education is what we are passionate about, and we consider it our greatest privilege to partner with parents to prepare their children spiritually, academically, physically, and socially to fulfill God’s purpose for their lives.
At HCA, Biblical truths, principles, and Christian worldview thinking permeate all academic instruction. It is our desire to provide an opportunity to glorify God through the development of Christ-like character, academics, the arts, sportsmanship, self-discipline, humility, and athletic ability.
We believe these values are at the heart of a great education, and we would like to extend an invitation for you to come meet our family. Whether that’s by attending one of our open houses or calling the school office to schedule a personal tour, we look forward to showing you all that Hebron Christian Academy has to offer your child. Please feel free to contact me any time through email at Rebecca.reinhardt@hebronlions.org, or by phone at (770) 963-9250, ext. 2230.
Sincerely,
Rebecca Reinhardt
Director of Admissions

Admissions Dates

We will begin accepting all new student applications February 1, 2021.

Open Houses

Sunday, January 24, 2021 - 3:00pm – 5:00pm
Sunday, March 7, 2021 - 3:00pm – 5:00pm

Admissions Requirements

All prospective students should be in good academic standing with no disciplinary reports.
HCA is limited in its resources for students with learning and behavioral needs. Students with unique learning/behavioral needs must provide a current IEP or 504 plan, and/or any psychological testing/evaluation results, before admission to HCA will be considered. This documentation must be no older than three years, and it must be provided at the time of application. Documentation will be evaluated by our student services team to assess if HCA has the resources necessary to meet the needs of the incoming student. The parents and/or student may be required to meet with a representative from the student services team before acceptance is determined.
Covenant School
Hebron Christian Academy was established as a covenant school and continues to operate in that capacity. Our specific definition of a covenant school is that one parent/guardian (preferably both) of each student applicant must provide a credible, written testimony giving clear evidence of his/her personal faith in Jesus Christ.
Please refer to the HCA Admissions Policy for a complete understanding of our admission requirements.

Campus Tours

We would be delighted to coordinate a tour of our campus. Tours can be scheduled by appointment by contacting the school’s Admissions office. Tours last approximately one hour, and you are welcome to bring your student(s). Come see why Hebron Christian Academy received the Reader’s Choice Award for the Best Private School in Gwinnett County! To set up a tour, please contact us at 770-963-9250 or email Elizabeth.Courtney@hebronlions.org for Lower School Tours or Michelle.Hershman@hebronlions.org for Upper School Tours.
  • Rebecca Reinhardt

    Director of Admissions and Marketing

As the Director of Admissions, Rebecca sees her charge as creating an achievable vision for the admissions team. “Relationships are important to us because you are not a number when you come to HCA, you are part of our family. Our desire is for each student to graduate HCA strong in their relationship with God knowing who they are and what they believe”.
  • Michelle Hershman

    Upper School Admissions Counselor

Michelle has two students that are HCA graduates and loves sharing all that HCA has to offer families. She will be the main point of contact for our upper school students and walk you through the admissions process from beginning to end. Michelle’s heart is for every child to have the ability to have a Christian education.
  • Beth Courtney

    Lower School Counselor

Beth may be the first person our Lower School families speak with in the admissions office. She knows Hebron inside and out and will walk our Lower School families through the admissions process. Beth understands the impact HCA has on students as she is a mom to one Hebron graduate and three current students.
