2012-13 Financial Aid Program

FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will be conducting the financial need analysis for Hebron Christian Academy for the upcoming 2012-13 school year. HCA has limited funding available to offer financial assistance, up to a maximum of 50% tuition, to those families who can demonstrate objective financial need.

Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment by February 15, 2012. Applicants can apply online at www.factstuitionaid.com. Once an online application has been completed, the following information will need to be sent to FACTS to complete the application process:

  • Copies of your 2011 W-2 forms for both you and your spouse.
  • Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.
  • Your non-refundable $25.00 FACTS application fee.

Please review online at www.hebronlions.org the additional list of documents/information that will be needed to complete the application. All supporting documentation can be faxed to 1-866-315-9264 or mailed to the address below:

HCA Financial Aid Policy

Student assistance is granted on a first come, first served basis and will not be considered until recommendation has been received from FACTS. Applications submitted will only be considered if there are financial aid funds remaining.

  1. Current students will be given priority consideration. To be considered for aid for the current school year, the enrollment deposit must be paid in full. The billing account of enrolled students must be current.
  2. New students are ineligible to apply during their first year of attendance. However, they may apply for a Student Scholarship (GASSO). Please see below for instructions.
  3. The analysis completed by FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment serves as a recommendation only. Hebron Christian Academy is solely responsible for determining the final aid award.

Student Scholarships
We are pleased to be a part of the Georgia Student Scholarship Organization, Inc. (GASSO). For information on how to apply, please contact Debbie Lee (Director of Advancement) at 770-963-9250 or dlee@hebronlions.org.
