New Student Admission

Admission to HCA requires successful fulfillment of established conditions and requirements.  Prospective students should have predominantly A's and B's with no discipline report. HCA does not offer programs for students with special academic or behavioral needs. Kindergarten Registration 2012-2013

* Must be 5 by September 1st.

* We will begin taking applications, fees, and you will schedule entrance screening at this time.
* Applications will be accepted after this date as well.

Registration 2012-2013 for grades 1-12

* First graders must be age 6 by September 1st.

TIME:	9:00 -2:00
Place:	Elem Gym (2975 Old Peachtree Rd)

* We will begin taking applications, fees, and and scheduling testing (1st-5th) and interviews/testing (6-12th) at this time.
* Applications will be accepted after this date as well.

Application Procedures

Step 1:

	Print the following items based on the grade for which you are applying:
		Application	K-12
		Commitment to Mission Form	K-12
		Records Release Form	1-12
		Pastor Recommendation	K-12
		Principal Recommendation	1-12
		Classroom Teacher Recommendation	1-5
		Math Teacher Recommendation	6-12
		English Teacher Recommendation	6-12

Step 2:

	Give the records release form to your current school for the following items:
		3 years of grades
		2 recent standardized tests
		Discipline report (6-12th)
		Copy of birth certificate
		Shot record GA 3231 form
		Eye/Ear/Dental GA 3300 form

Step 3:

	Submit all paperwork and $150 application fee. We will then set up:
		Entrance testing - K-12th
		Interviews with parents/student - 6-12th

or drop it by either Building A on the elementary campus or Building F on the middle school and high school campus. We also have a drop box at the elementary campus for after hours.
