Lion for a Day
Once your student’s application for admission is submitted for 5th through 11th grade, your student is invited to be a “Hebron Lion for a Day” and shadow one of our junior ambassadors to each of their classes. We will endeavor to partner your student with a junior ambassador who has similar interests such as an elective, club, or athletic team. Please include any of your student’s interests that would help us find the perfect student ambassador for them.
Dress Code - Student Shadow Days are on spirit casual Fridays for current HCA students. Your student may wear jeans, capris, or modest walking shorts.
Lunch – Your student will eat lunch with their junior ambassador and their friends. Your student may bring a lunch, or be our guest of the school lunch program. HCA Lunch Menus
Carpool – You may drop your student off at the main office at 8:00 AM (or at 7:50 if you are riding with a current student) and then pick your student up early before carpool at 2:30. Your student’s junior ambassador will stay with them throughout the day until pick up. It is sometimes permissible for students to attend an after-school academic club, athletic or fine arts practice. Feel free to request a specific student (a friend of your student) or a specific afterschool practice when scheduling your student’s Lion for a Day date.
