Admissions - New Student Application

Welcome to Hebron Christian Academy's Online Application Process.

Create an Application Portal Account
To begin the application process, please use the Application Portal to create an account. Once you have created an account, you will receive an email that will provide a link to log in and Create a New Student Application. You will have the flexibility to log in and out of your application portal to complete your application and check its status.

Application Portal Access
Once you have created your Application Portal account, you may access your application by logging in to the Application Portal.

Application Steps

  • Submit Application.
    Within the application, you will be prompted to provide the items listed below:


    GA Health Forms 3231 and 3300
    Church Leader Recommendations

    Grades 1-11* Student academic and health records (including GA Health Forms 3231 and 3300)
    School Counselor Recommendations
    Teacher Recommendations
    Church Leader Recommendations

        * As a general rule, Hebron Christian Academy does not accept student applications for students entering
           Grade 12 once the school year has started.

Submit Application Fee.
You will be prompted to submit payment electronically when you submit your application.

Once the student records and recommendations are submitted, the Admissions Department can:

Schedule a family interview.
Can generally be scheduled during the student placement testing.

Schedule a student applicant placement test.
Placement Testing Information

Grades Assessment Approximate Time Test Days
K - 1 Gesell Developmental Observation 45 minutes Tuesdays and Thursdays
2 - 5 Reading, writing, and math benchmark assessments 30 minutes Tuesdays and Thursdays
6 - 8 Reading, writing, and math benchmark assessments 1 - 1.5 hours  Wednesdays and Fridays
9 - 11 Reading, writing, and math benchmark assessments 1.5 - 2 hours Wednesdays


The Admissions Committee will review your student applicant’s information, and a formal acceptance notification will be sent to you via email.

Enrollment Steps
You will receive a link to enroll your student applicant with the formal acceptance notification that will guide you to:

  • Set up your student's school record.
  • Sign your enrollment contract.
  • Set up your tuition account.
  • Submit your enrollment fee.

Once Your Student is Enrolled
You will receive instructions regarding how to:

  • Purchase uniforms.
  • Obtain your student's class assignments.
  • Set up your student's lunch account.
